This 1:1 scale model of a second-generation Bentley Continental GT, originally out of Belgium, was acquired by the seller, Autosport Group, 
in 2025, and it has since been displayed on their showroom floor. The model features a sculpted body and interior 
constructed from wood, and it rolls on two steel axles with steerable front wheels. Highlights of the build include opening doors, 
three-dimensional emblems, diamond-patterned grille carvings, and acrylic windows. 
This rolling sculpture is now offered in Boca Raton, Florida.
The second-generation Continental GT debuted in 2011 and was styled by Dirk van Braeckel. Updates for the 2020 model year included an enlarged 
primary grille, oval taillights, and revised side contours. This scale model is said to have been assembled from thousands of pieces of
reclaimed marine-grade teak sculpted over the course of more than 3,000 hours. Total weight is estimated at 2,000 pounds.
The doors pivot on exposed hinges, and the windows and headlight covers are fabricated from acrylic. A contrasting finish was applied to 
the grille and exhaust outlet inserts as well as the headlight and taillight bezels. Cracks are visible along some of the glued seams.
Wheels, tires, lug bolt heads, and brake discs are also constructed from wood, and they are mounted to steel supports with rotating hubs. 
Tread patterns have been carved into the outer circumference of the tires.
The interior features four individual seats, a dashboard, a full-length center console, and door panels that mimic the appearance of the 
Continental's cabin. Controls, gauges, vents, speakers, and pedals are represented by multiple pieces of wood, and the floors were constructed 
from plywood panels. Wear and deterioration on the interior finish can be viewed in the photos.
The wood steering wheel is linked to the front wheels through a rack-and-pinion steering linkage.
Steel axles are bolted to two wood beams to form the main support structure for the model.
